With DPC enrollment there are no additional copays and there are huge savings on things like labs, imaging, and procedures.

DPC Membership
Divine Mercy Health Direct Primary Care wants to make access to excellent healthcare affordable and easy. Join a membership plan and gain complete access to your provider with office visits, telehealth, phone calls, texts and emails.
Children Birth-18 years: $25/month with one adult membership includes unlimited office visits, telehealth, text, phone calls and emails as medically necessary.
Adults 19-99 years: $75/month includes unlimited office visits, telehealth, text, phone calls and emails as medically necessary.
Family Plan: No family pays more than $200/month
Enrollment Fee: $75 one-time enrollment fee; $150 one-time re-enrollment fee.
Share Plans
Divine Mercy Health, DPC is not insurance and does not cover imaging, procedures, hospital stays or surgery.
If you don't have traditional insurance, you may want to consider a more affordable plan with a higher deductible to cover major medical expenses or consider joining a share plan to help cover these costs should they arise.
What are share plans?
Share plans offer reimbursement of health care services once you've submitted an itemized invoice. They are in no way affiliated with Divine Mercy Health, DPC.
